Job description

TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for an Electrician to work in the Chertsey area working in ultra-high-end mansions.

Salary - £42,000 - £44,000

Hours - 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm) with flexibility when busy in peak summer months

Overtime - 1.5x and unlimited allowed

Extras - 1 in 4 weekend which includes a call out rota (May - October)

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive jobs around the offices and stores
• Electrical repairs to the fixed wiring and distribution boards, CCTV systems as well as 3 phase and single units
• Installation of new LED Lighting
• Electrical support for the HVAC and Plant room engineers on pumps, motors etc
• General repairs around the store, including fixing doors, replacing shelves, fitting new toilet holders, fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and other work
