Trinity Technical and Engineering in London is seeking an experienced Electrician for a permanent role. You will carry out remedial works, installations, inspections and testing across commercial and industrial sites, with door-to-door travel time paid and a Monday to Friday, 45-hour week.

The role focuses on quality workmanship, accurate reporting and professional customer service, completing EICRs and certifications in line with BS 7671.

Formación

• Three years' experience in electrical inspection and testing.
• City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Good knowledge of BS 7671 and safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a new permanent role offering £55,000, door-to-door pay, no on-call work and weekends paid at enhanced overtime rates? We have an opportunity to join an established electrical compliance business, working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites throughout South London and the surrounding areas.

With a company van, fuel card and a Monday to Friday working week, this is a great opportunity for an electrician looking for a well-paid role with a good level of independence and no call-out rota.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical remedial works, installations, inspections and testing across a range of commercial and industrial premises.

You will visit client sites to ensure electrical installations are safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard.

The role will involve a mixture of hands-on electrical work, inspection and testing, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, accurate reporting and professional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out electrical remedial works and installations across commercial and industrial sites.
• Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), accurately recording findings and observations.
• Identifying electrical defects, potential safety risks and areas of non-compliance.
• Ensuring all inspection and testing work complies with BS 7671 and current wiring regulations.
• Completing electrical certification, test results and job records accurately and within agreed timescales.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

• At least three years' experience in electrical inspection and testing, ideally within commercial or industrial environments.
• City & Guilds 2391-52, or an equivalent recognised inspection and testing qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• A strong working knowledge of BS 7671 and electrical inspection and testing procedures.
• The ability to identify electrical defects and produce accurate, high-quality reports and certification.
• A professional approach to customer communication and site-based working.
• A full, valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to client sites.

THE PACKAGE/BENEFITS

• £55,000 basic annual salary.
