Job summary

Padstone Recruitment is seeking a JIB Electrician for immediate start on commercial and residential sites around Gillingham, Kent. The role covers 1st and 2nd fix housing installations, with PPE and a valid JIB card required. Ongoing work for the right candidate, paying weekly via CIS or LTD.

Typical hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, with overtime available. Full PPE, reliability and the ability to work independently are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a JIB card.
• Experience with 1st and 2nd fix on housing projects.
• Proficient wiring and lighting installation.
• Ability to install tray/basket, trunking and power wiring.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix installations in houses.
• Install tray/basket and trunking as required.
• Run power and lighting circuits.
• Work on commercial and residential sites with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Complete tasks to a high standard and on time.

JIB Electrician Needed

We are currently looking for gold card electricians for an imminent start on a commercial and residential site around Gillingham, Kent.

Paying a day rate with weekly pay CIS or LTD working Mon to Fri. Working hours 7:30am-3:30pm. Overtime if wanted.

Applicants must Installing 1ST AND 2nd fix in houses. Long-term work for the right person. have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work by yourself with minimal or no supervision.

Candidates must have full PPE and JIB card. The successful candidates will need to have previous experience, good time keeping and a good attitude to work.
