Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting an Electrician to support the Southern Housing Sussex contract across East Sussex, covering Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill-on-Sea. You will deliver electrical maintenance, testing and installation works in residential properties, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 18th Edition, AM2 and 2391 qualifications, a clean UK driving licence and a DBS check on onboarding. A van, fuel card and progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Replace sockets, fittings and associated electrical components.
• Interpret job tickets and complete works accurately.
• Ensure all works meet current electrical regulations and standards.

Axis, part of Axis CLC, is a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishments and voids services. We support clients across London and the Southeast, helping maintain safe, compliant and well-managed housing stock.

We are recruiting for an Electrician to support our Southern Housing Sussex contract, covering East Sussex, primarily Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill-on-Sea.

This role involves delivering electrical maintenance, testing and installation works across residential properties, ensuring compliance and high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
