Electrician - Social Housing Projects (Haringey)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on social housing projects across Haringey and the surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
• Conduct fault finding and testing to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all work meets current regulations and company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience working within social housing or a similar environment preferred
