Job description

We are recruiting an Electrician to join our team in Glasgow!


Electrician Role Summary:
  1. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.
  2. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
  3. Test and diagnose power quality issues.
  4. Emergency light testing.
  5. Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M's.
  6. Undertake upgrade & install work.
  7. Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs & ensure works have been carried out in line with CBRE policies.
  8. Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.
  9. Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.
  10. Accurately maintain site work logs & paperwork.
  11. Other duties as and when required.
Electrician Hours
  1. Monday - Friday
  2. 8am - 4.30pm
  3. Overtime available
Electrician Qualifications & Experience
  1. 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
  2. Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use
  3. FM experience advantageous
  4. Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH
