Job summary

Une organisation leader dans le domaine de l'aéronautique et de la défense recrute un électricien pour la région de Glasgow. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d'installer des câbles et des systèmes électriques, tout en veillant à respecter les normes de sécurité. Une certification de sécurité est requise et les papiers de métier doivent être fournis lors de la candidature.

Qualifications

• Certificat de modern apprenticeship / trade papers exigés.
• Compréhension des dessins d'installation électrique.
• Expérience en construction / manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Installer tous types de câbles et systèmes électriques.
• Terminaisons de câbles et installation d'équipements électriques.
• Utiliser une gamme d'outils à main.

Skills

Understanding of electrical installation drawings

Safety certification (SHE Induction, COSHH awareness)

Using a range of hand tools

Education

Modern Apprenticeship certificate / Trade Papers

My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation. Recruiting for an Electrician in the Glasgow area. Trade papers must be provided with application.

Responsibilities for Electrician:

• Installing of all types of cables (multi-core, single core and co-axial) & electrical systems (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc.)
• Cable terminations and installation of all electrical equipment
• Using a range of hand tools

Required experience for Electrician:

• Modern Apprenticeship certificate / Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers)
• Understanding of electrical installation drawings
• Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc
• Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment
