Job summary

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced electrician to join our mobile maintenance team, operating across commercial and hospitality properties with reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing and installation works.

You will work independently on customer sites while supported by our operational team, enjoying variety, robust safety practices, and opportunities to progress as the business grows.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Experience in commercial electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of current electrical regulations.
• Testing and inspection experience.
• Professional approach in occupied customer premises.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive electrical maintenance and repairs.

We’re looking for experienced Electricians to join our growing electrical team.

This is a varied mobile role working across commercial and hospitality properties, carrying out reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, testing and installation works.

You’ll work independently across customer sites while being supported by our operational team and wider electrical department. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is confident diagnosing faults and takes pride in finding the right solution rather than simply completing the immediate repair.
