Job summary

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to work on prestigious commercial and residential projects. You will install, maintain and fault-find electrical systems in occupied, high-profile buildings, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will cover new installations, lighting upgrades, small power works, testing and inspection, and collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver exceptional workmanship and service.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of electrical installations within commercial and residential properties.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and deliver high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with the latest 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Carry out fault finding, repairs and upgrades on existing electrical installations.
• Install lighting, small power, containment and associated electrical systems.
• Conduct site surveys independently or alongside clients to understand project requirements.
• Provide accurate survey information and technical recommendations to Contracts Managers.
• Deliver professional advice and solutions to both clients and internal teams.
• Work with lighting control systems, including DALI and Ex-Or.
• Ensure all work complies with current legislation, NICEIC standards and company procedures.
• Maintain excellent workmanship and customer service to encourage repeat business.

Are you an experienced Electrician looking to work on prestigious commercial and residential projects? We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused professional to join our growing team, delivering high-quality electrical installations within occupied, high-profile buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with clients, and has strong technical knowledge across a range of electrical installations.

The Role

Working across a variety of commercial and residential environments, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and fault-finding electrical systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.

You’ll be involved in new installations, lighting upgrades, small power works, testing and inspection, and will work closely with both clients and project managers to deliver exceptional standards.
