Job description

We are seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems.

Overview of Role:

You will attend properties, conduct testing, and perform remedial works. We are looking for a qualified electrical engineer experienced in domestic heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out EICR following an assessment of the electrical installation within properties.
2. Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems across various domestic and commercial properties.
3. Ensuring high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
4. Communicating updates and progress, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
5. Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
6. Managing stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure availability of parts.
