PTSG Group is seeking an Electrician for void properties in Burton upon Trent to bring homes up to standard for new tenants. You will perform electrical works, EICRs, and full rewires, supported by an apprentice, with potential training to achieve 2391 certification.
The role offers a stable long-term contract, a company vehicle, and onsite work across local social housing properties. You’ll contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient property turnarounds.
Location: Burton upon Trent
Salary - basic up to £40,000 per annum
Stable and secure long-term contract working locally on Housing Association void properties, carrying out electrical works to bring properties up to standard between tenants.
At ECS, we’re a multi-award-winning compliance and maintenance team working across social housing, public sector sites, and commercial properties. Partnering with Nottingham City Council, you’ll play a key role in bringing void properties back up to standard - safely, efficiently, and ready for new tenants.
You will also be supported by an apprentice, providing additional resource while helping to develop the next generation of electrical talent. For candidates who have practical experience carrying out EICRs but do not yet hold the official 2391 qualification, we will fund additional training to help you achieve the 2391 certification, supporting your continued professional development and progression.
