A full UK driving license is essential. The role mainly covers Caerphilly and Cardiff, with potential travel to other areas as needed.

You will handle electrical tasks, ideally with experience in domestic and social housing, including installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and appliances, following IET wiring regulations, and completing electrical certificates and condition reports.

  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in Social Housing
