Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join us! You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and repair: Diagnose and repair domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, and monitoring.
- Quality workmanship: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with building regulations and safety requirements.
- Customer service: Demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintenance and testing: Perform periodic testing and installation work, ensuring compliance with current best practices and guidelines.
- Health and safety: Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for you and our customers.
- Team collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service.
- On-call participation: Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota and attend meetings and training as required.

This role is full-time and permanent, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of responsive maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing electrical faults, performing testing, and installation work.
- Experience working in customers' homes with a professional and positive approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Proficient in using mobile technology.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
Qualifications:
- Core Apprenticeship, 2360 parts 1 & 2 or equivalent (NVQ3, City and Guilds).
- Desirable: 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations (to be completed within a reasonable timeframe after passing probation).
- Desirable: Test and Inspect (2391 or equivalent).
- Desirable: AM2 (Achievement Measurement Test).
- Desirable: PV (Photovoltaic), EV (Electric Vehicles Charging Points), EESS (Electrical Energy Storage Systems).
