Qualifications

• Time-served Electrician with reactive maintenance experience.
• Valid ECS Gold Card.
• City & Guilds 2391-3 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent).
• BS 7671 Wiring Regulations knowledge (Amendment 4).
• Proven experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive electrical maintenance.

• Perform electrical inspection and testing.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: £21.00 - £26.00 per hour (depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to work within commercial and industrial environments, carrying out a mixture of reactive maintenance and planned installation works as part of a professional site team.

The Role

• Carry out reactive electrical maintenance.
• Complete planned electrical installation works.
• Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Perform electrical inspection and testing.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a skilled site team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Essential Requirements

• Time-served Electrician.
• Valid ECS Gold Card.
• City & Guilds 2391-3 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent).
• BS#removed#th Edition Wiring Regulations (Amendment 4).
• Proven experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Able to pass a DBS check (successful applicants will be subject to a criminal record check).
