Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking experienced Electrical Testers/Inspectors with 2391 testing and inspection experience. Work involves testing electrical systems, control panels, and generating comprehensive test reports on site.

The role covers installation, maintenance work, and working on conveyors, process machinery, and packaging lines. CSA/ECS-CSCS and EUSR/MEWP qualifications are desirable, with flexible hours and temp contract duration.

Qualifications

• C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection experience required.
• 17th/18th Edition Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Experience with process machinery and conveyors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical systems and control panels and complete test reports.
• Carrying out installation, maintenance and testing tasks as required.
• Work on conveyors, process machinery, and packaging equipment as part of test activities.

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Electrician Testers/Inspectors with 2391 - Advanced Skilled

Working on Inspection & Testing of Electrical Systems & Electrical Control Panels

Checking & Testing and completing Electrical Test Reports

Must have C & G 2391 Testing and Inspection & Testing experience

Might be working mostly on the testing work.

Plus cover other work as below

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Hours = 0700 to 1700 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 3 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £27 per Hr Mon to Fri, £33 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat
