Job summary

Prince Personnel Limited are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias for a well-established global manufacturer in Telford. You will support with machine breakdowns, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, and help install new machinery while ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Multiskilled, ideally electrically biased
• Electrical qualification would be advantageous
• Experience fault finding and repairing pneumatics, hydraulics and ideally PLCs and robots
• Previously worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment such as food manufacturing, FMCG or Automotive

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing plant machinery and equipment onsite, including facilities
• Working on planned and preventative maintenance tasks
• Attending to breakdowns in a timely fashion and repairing mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment
• Supporting with the installation on new machinery onsite
• Fault finding on PLCs
• Communicating all information thoroughly across all shifts and departments
• Adhering to all health and safety and environment legislation at all time
