Job summary

BMR Solutions in Clevedon is seeking an Electrical Production Technician to assemble complex electromechanical equipment, read electrical schematics and produce high-quality builds for testing.

Day, Early, and Late shifts with hourly rates £19.98–£21.68 plus overtime; long-term ongoing contract with strong overtime potential and a 25-day holiday entitlement. On-site facilities include canteen, showers and cycle storage.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly, production or wiring roles.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong panel wiring and cable assembly skills.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering; 18th Edition desirable.

Electrical Production Technician

Location: Clevedon

Pay: £19.98 – £21.68 per hour + Overtime

Contract: Ongoing

Immediate Starts Available – Long-Term Work

£800 – £1,000+ per week achievable with overtime

This role is being advertised by a recruitment agency on behalf of a global manufacturer of specialist equipment within the semiconductor and advanced electronics sector.

Pay & Shifts

Day Shift:

• Competitive rate (dependent on experience)
• Standard day hours or condensed week available (early finish on Friday)

Early Shift:

• £19.98 per hour
• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:15
• Friday: 06:00 – 11:30

Late Shift:

• £21.68 per hour
• Monday to Wednesday: 14:30 – 00:30
• Thursday: 14:30 – 00:00

Overtime:

• 1.75x weekday rate
• 2.0x weekends

The Role

• Assembly of complex electromechanical equipment
• Panel wiring and cable assembly
• Working from electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality builds ready for testing
• Working to targets within a production environment

Requirements

• Experience in electrical assembly, production, or wiring roles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
