Position: Electrical Wind Turbine Technician

Location: Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Responsibilities:

1. Service, maintain, and repair ENERCON wind turbines.
2. Manage electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
3. Perform fault finding and report on equipment issues.
4. Follow site rules, policies, and procedures to ensure safety.
5. Adhere to wind turbine safety guidelines and complete documentation.
6. Work to high safety and environmental standards.
7. Complete all computerized documentation accurately.
8. Participate in weekend emergency call-outs and late shifts (rotation).

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Electrician or hold a Level 7 Electrical Engineering Degree.
2. Reside within 30 minutes of the base location.
3. Good personal fitness, able to pass a Working at Heights medical (Chester step test).
4. Full Irish B Driving Licence.
5. Valid Safe Pass Card.
6. Flexibility and high mobility; willingness to travel as required.
