Job summary

Bethell Utilities is seeking an experienced Project Manager with an electrical bias to lead industrial and commercial utility projects up to 11kV. You will drive project performance, profitability and safety while coordinating design, planning, commercial and operations teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement and a disciplined approach to schedules, budgets and quality, with a focus on delivering value for clients and maintaining the highest HSQE standards.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Construction Management or equivalent.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• NEBOSH General Certificate required.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Industrial & Commercial utility projects from planning through to completion.
• Take full responsibility for project performance, including programme delivery, quality, safety and profitability.
• Lead project teams, supervisors and operatives to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety reviews, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor costs, profitability, forecasts and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of project documentation and reports.
