Job summary

AWE is recruiting for a Utilities Engineer - Electrical to support a variety of projects, upgrades and support tasks across the AWE estate. This role focuses on electrical distribution systems and requires delivering professional engineering services on site.

The candidate should have a technical apprenticeship or HNC/HND and experience leading utilities projects, with strong stakeholder and regulatory management. Onsite work with potential flexible patterns is expected.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Utilities projects/works.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and building services.
Experience in stakeholder management across projects.
Construction/CDM experience.
Understanding of finance management in project delivery.
Ability to identify and deliver to technical and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional engineering services to AWE projects.
Support a variety of Utilities projects, upgrades and tasks across the AWE estate.
Manage workload and priorities in a dynamic environment.
