Job summary

PHS Group is seeking an Electrical Testing Supervisor for the London Region. You will lead a field team, ensuring high safety and service standards in electrical testing and inspection. Significant customer-facing duties require clear communication and strong decision-making.

You will drive performance, manage schedules including evenings and weekends, and support technical teams with the internal resources available. A company car and full benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2 (or equivalent Level 3 SQV).
• City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
• AM2.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to achieve).
• Level 3 management qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Valid UK manual driving licence with 6 points or less
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a field team.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evenings.
• Experience in electrical testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate electrical testing teams to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across sites.
• Maintain strong client communication and service delivery.
• Coordinate overtime, evenings, and weekend coverage as needed.
• Support ongoing career development for team members.

Electrical Testing Supervisor – London Region
