Job description

We're looking for a Qualified Electrical Testing Engineer to work throughout Kent, Surrey, and London.

There is the occasional staying away and weekend works involved, with some work completed on the Isle of Guernsey for someone who is happy to travel there. (Travel expenses covered)

Our client will provide a van, fuel card, and testing equipment.

Electrical Testing Engineer

Kent, Surrey, and London - Mobile

£25 per hour Umbrella - 10 hours per day +

The work will involve carrying out both fixed wire testing and associated remedial works related to testing.

This role will initially be a temporary position with the expectation of a permanent contract offered after a period.

Here's what you'll need:

• Electrical qualification - time served apprentice electricians.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• City & Guilds 2381 18th Edition
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in commercial electrical testing and inspection works
• Ability to work from a laptop
• Good communication skills with clients to represent the company professionally at all times
• Flexibility for early start, early finish, late start, or late finish at some sites
• Willingness to occasionally work away with all expenses covered
