Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a qualified electrical professional to ensure quality, safety, and compliance of domestic electrical works across properties in Enfield.

The role involves testing, inspections, certification, and signing off works in line with current regulations and standards. You will bring City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition qualifications, with at least 3 years in social housing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a social housing environment.
• Experience in electrical testing, inspection, certification and compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical testing and inspections across domestic properties.
• Complete certification and sign off electrical works.
• Ensure works meet current regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with property managers and contractors as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
