Job description

This job is being advertised by S&D Trade Recruitment Limited, who operate as an employment business.

We are seeking electrical testers to assist our client on a new 10-year contract testing social housing across Walsall, Birmingham, and Coventry.

Responsibilities include:

• Testing 3-4 properties per day, following a job and knock approach (8 hours), paid upon completion.
• Focusing primarily on testing, with only C1 and C2 faults requiring attention; other faults are scheduled for client review.

Requirements:

• 2391 qualification or equivalent (apply online only), ECS card.
• Own testing equipment is preferred.
• Transport is required, with the opportunity to use a company van after 3 months.

Permanent positions are available if applicants wish to go direct, or CIS contract payments can be continued if preferred.
