Job summary

Essential Employment seeks an electrician with expertise in electrical testing and verification, based in Nottingham and covering multiple sites. The role requires early mornings and occasional late nights to support site testing work.

The candidate should test to BS7671 wiring regs, ideally hold City and Guilds 2391, and have experience completing Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) for large commercial properties.

Qualifications

• BS7671 electrical testing and verification experience.
• City and Guilds 2391 qualification preferred.
• Experience completing Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR).
• Willing to work early mornings and some late nights.
• Experience on large commercial properties desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) across sites.
• Test and verify electrical installations to BS7671 standards.
• Respond to testing needs across multiple Nottingham sites.

Job description

We need an electrician who is an expert in electrical testing and verification in electrical testing and verification. Based in Nottingham but across all the sites. The role will require early morning and some late-night work as and when. Electrical test engineers who can test to BS7671 wiring regs and ideally hold a City and Guilds 2391 qualification as well as all the offer general C&G electricians have. They need to be experienced in completing “Electrical Inspection Condition Reports” EICR,s, desirable to have experience in testing large commercial property.
