Job description

This is a permanent vacancy that will close in 12 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Job Function:

To undertake electrical installation and maintenance works alongside the electrical team while operating in compliance with company policy and procedures.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Representing the company professionally at all times and developing strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
2. Delivering electrical installation and maintenance works on site according to the project specifications and within agreed timescales.
3. Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure project works are delivered on time, snag-free, and to the specified standards.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, and instructions, and that all colleagues and subcontractors follow safe work practices.
5. Striving for snag-free completion and resolving any snagging issues within 6 working days.
6. Identifying and resolving repair, maintenance, and installation issues affecting project delivery.
7. Maintaining the company vehicle (if provided) in a clean, well-maintained, and serviced condition.
8. Following any other reasonable management instructions.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Delivery of work according to project specifications and within timescales.
2. Quality of work, with snagging issues resolved within 6 days.
3. Achieving and maintaining 100% H&S and job-related competence.
4. Proper maintenance of the company vehicle (if applicable).
