Overview

Are you an electrical professional who wants a training-focused career in testing and inspection? This role is designed to train you up to become an "Engineering Surveyor" in the TICs world (Testing, Inspection & Certification) with a strong development pathway and world-class training.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect electrical equipment in service to ensure it is safe and functioning correctly.
• Progress through training to become an Engineering Surveyor, with site work across various sectors (manufacturing, quarries, power plants, marine, agriculture, airports, etc.).
• Grow through increasingly complex sites as training and salary advance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrical professionals (apprenticeship, level 3, etc.).
• 2391 and/or 2394/2395 essential; 18th Edition would be advantageous.
• HNC or above is welcomed; willingness to pursue additional qualifications such as ATEX & COMPEX as you progress, up to chartered status through the IET.

Salary and Benefits

• £41k–£42k basic with overtime (£8k+).
• £4,250 car allowance; 12% pension; 25 days holiday.
