Job Description:

Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management with a client base across 520 UK operational sites. We employ over 1500 talented people delivering service solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Technician to undertake planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high standards and effective communication with clients and tenants. The role includes responsibilities as the site AP for LV systems.

Responsibilities include:
  • Legislative PPM tasks, including emergency luminaire inspection, testing, and repair
  • Reactive maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Site AP for LV systems, including all AP duties
  • Functional switching of 11KV distribution network
  • Fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Risk assessments
  • Out of hours callout support on a 1 in 4 rota
  • Adherence to PPM schedules
  • Contribution to process improvements
  • Fault identification and solution implementation
Candidate requirements:
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Other formal electrical qualifications
  • Experience in facilities management environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
