Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 required.
• Must have experience in electrical maintenance and fault-finding.
• Ability to read electrical drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in a distribution centre.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Work on single and three-phase systems.

Skills

Recognised electrical qualification (Min NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3)

Experience with electrical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

Ability to carry out maintenance on Inverters

Experience with PLC Systems Fault Finding

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

Salary: £62,600 (+ Bonus up to £5,500)
Shift: Panama 2 s and 3 s (Days and Nights)
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

We are currently recruiting for skilled Electrical Technicians/Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading distribution business at Stanford-le-Hope in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within a large-scale logistics facility.

Skills Required for the Electrical Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Recognised electrical qualification (Min NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3)
• Experience with electrical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Ability to carry out maintenance on Inverters
• Experience with PLC Systems Fault Finding
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Experience of working with Cranes & Lifting Equipment would be advantageous.
• Be prepared to work a 2 s and 3 s Days and Nights rotating shift pattern.
