Join Anglian Water as an Electrician

You’ll be responsible for carrying out general repairs, investigating and rectifying faults, and completing scheduled & reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability of our assets. This role is about protecting our environment and our customers.

You will develop your experience with assets such as electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment, instrumentation, inverters, gearboxes, screw conveyors, and centrifuge equipment, supported by a collaborative team.

What does it take to be an electrician?

  • An NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent), 18th Edition electrical City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • Completion of a relevant apprenticeship
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrable experience in inspections, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs to large pumps, actuated valves, VSD, and 3-phase electrical switchgear
