Electrical Technician
West Midlands
Up to £42k depending on experience
My client is a manufacturer of organic chemicals for the Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, Rubber, Polymer, Food & Beverage and allied industries, operating in the West Midlands. They are recruiting for a Waste Manager, whose responsibility will be to manage the waste across the processes they operate.

They are after someone who has:
  1. Educated to RQF level 3 (e.g. City & Guilds level 3) in a practical Electrical discipline as a minimum
  2. Ideally you would have the 18th edition electrical wiring regulations
  3. Ideally you would have a CompEx (Ex0104) & (Ex05-06) qualification but this is not a necessity.

Your daily duties will include:
  1. Electrical preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial environment.
  2. The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
  3. Electrical plant installation and modification work in an industrial environment.
