Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join their team. In this role, you will investigate and resolve equipment failures, interpret technical drawings, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability. You will also participate in planning and executing both minor and major shutdowns, providing hands-on technical support as needed. Qualifications

1. Investigate and resolve equipment failures, determine root cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
2. Ability to interpret equipment drawings such as loop drawing and line diagrams and other technical information.
3. Recommend and specify alterations and revisions to improve equipment requirement and/or system reliability/capacity.
4. Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands-on support as required during shutdowns.

The ideal candidate: Two (2) years minimum Electrical experience – preferred in ATEX Zone.
