Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector around Surrey. The role focuses on day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied or void properties, with an immediate van and fuel card provided.This is a temporary to permanent position. Candidates must hold 18th edition, 2391/2394/2395, social housing experience, full tools, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Social housing maintenance experience within the uk housing sector.
• Full UK driving licence is required for site travel.
• 18th edition electrical regs and 2391/2394/2395 qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works in Social Housing properties (occupied/void).
• Perform day-to-day reactive electrical repairs in Surrey and surrounding areas.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrical team leader to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Surrey area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.

Qualifications Required; -

• 18th edition
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrical role.
