Job summary

Rivan Industries in London is seeking an Electrical Technician to build and wire electrical control panels for cutting-edge synthetic fuel systems. Based at our 60,000 sq ft facility in Bermondsey, you will assemble panels, run 230VAC and 3-phase circuits, and integrate them with sensors and actuators for deployment at project sites.

You will test with multimeters, HiPot, and Meggers, record data, maintain cable tidiness, and support R&D builds.

Qualifications

• Wiring industrial electrical control panels to 230VAC and 3-phase power.
• Familiarity with BS EN 60204-1 and BS7671 standards for electrical safety.
• ATEX installations knowledge (BS EN 60079-11) and CompEx training.
• Experience with testing hardware and writing test data.
• Safe working practices and attention to cable management.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical control panels and wire them into looms for large systems.
• Install panels into larger assemblies and connect sensors/actuators.
• Test panels using multimeters, HiPot testers, and Meggers; record data.
• Assist with R&D electrical builds and new system testing.
• Maintain high safety standards during hazardous testing.
