Job Title: Electrical Supervisor with HVAP

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor with HVAP to join our team in London. The successful candidate will coordinate FM & Technical Services on-site to meet SLA requirements and KPIs.

Role Summary:

  • Deliver all FM Operations in accordance with KPIs and output measurements.
  • Support and monitor third-party maintenance activities and report corrective works.
  • Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA.
  • Participate in emergency activities as part of the site emergency team, e.g., Fire Marshall.
  • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.
  • Ensure contractors operate within H&S processes and client HSE standards.
  • Conduct monthly SLA self-assessments to support quarterly contract performance.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the site and address issues proactively.
  • Provide support to FM operations, including mail, goods inwards, reprographics, and records retention.
  • Manage stationery supplies and ensure proper functioning of printers and photocopiers.
  • Coordinate waste and recycling arrangements.
  • Carry out statutory fire testing and checks.
  • Raise purchase orders and approve invoices and related documents.
  • Understand customer requirements and address concerns promptly.
  • Act as deputy in the absence of line management and arrange operational cover as needed.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of the facilities management industry.
  • HVAP certification.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with good administrative skills.
