Job Title: Electrical Supervisor with HVAP

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor with HVAP to join our team in London. The successful candidate will coordinate FM & Technical Services to meet SLA requirements and KPIs.

Role Summary:
  1. Deliver all FM Operations in accordance with KPI & Output measurements.
  2. Support and monitor 3rd party maintenance activities and report corrective works.
  3. Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements as per SLA.
  4. Participate in emergency activities as part of the site emergency team (e.g., Fire Marshall).
  5. Report all incidents and emergencies.
  6. Ensure contractors operate within H&S standards.
  7. Conduct monthly SLA self-assessments.
  8. Maintain the site's image and visual standards.
  9. Support FM operations including mail, goods inwards, reprographics, and records retention.
  10. Manage printer and photocopier supplies.
  11. Monitor stationery levels.
  12. Deliver goods to correct destinations.
  13. Coordinate waste and recycling.
  14. Perform statutory fire testing and checks.
  15. Raise purchase orders and approve invoices.
  16. Understand customer requirements and address concerns.
  17. Act as deputy in line management's absence.
  18. Provide operational support as needed.
  19. Other responsibilities as defined.
Experience Required:
  1. Knowledge of the facilities management industry.
  2. HVAP certification.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Self-motivated and resourceful.
  5. Good administrative skills.
