Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Supervisor / Qualified Supervisor to join a market leading maintenance business. You will oversee electrical teams, sign off certificates and drive continued training while maintaining a good work-life balance across Slough and North West London.

The role requires strong compliance focus, ability to act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, and progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation including AM2 (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance is essential.
• Inspection & Testing (2391/2394/2395) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's Qualified Supervisor (NICEIC)
• Oversee electrical compliance across all DLO activities
• Carry out inspections, audits and quality assurance checks
• Ensure all works meet BS 7671, statutory regulations and internal policies
• Manage certification processes and compliance record keeping
• Mentor and support electricians/supervisors to improve standards and performance
• Identify trends, risks, CPD needs and improvement opportunities

Field Based covering Slough, North West London and surrounding areas

Are you an Electrical Supervisor / Qualified Supervisor (QS) looking for the opportunity to join a market leading business, where you will be continually invested in through internal and external training. On offer is an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor position, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, standards and quality of the electrical teams work, signing off certificates and assisting in the continued training and development of the team all whilst being invested in yourself and having the ability to continue taking on responsibilities and progressing in future.

This role would suit an Electrician or current Electrical QS, looking to join a close knit team of experts stepping into a QS position and having the ability to showcase your skillset in a thriving business.

The Role

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Qualified Supervisor (NICEIC or equivalent) with strong compliance focus
• Full UK driving licence
