Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team on a large-scale solar farm installation. You will manage operatives, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed safely to required standards.

The role requires a valid ECS/JIB Card and proven supervisory experience in electrical installations, with LV terminations and cable tray work. Solar farm experience is advantageous and you will work Monday to Friday on site.

Qualifications

• Valid ECS/JIB Card required.
• Previous supervisory experience on electrical installation projects.
• Experience with LV terminations and similar electrical installation work.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills; solar farm experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise existing site operatives and monitor productivity.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to the required standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities and prioritise tasks for the crew.
• Loster to the scope: termination of cables, earth connections, trays and 300mm aluminium cables.

Electrical Supervisor Required Solar Farm Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on a large-scale solar farm installation project.

Job Details

Duration: 2 months

Hours: 10-hour shifts

Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising existing site operatives, monitoring productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.

Scope of Work

• Termination of cables into isolation boxes and inverters
• Earth connection installations
• Cable tray installation
• Working with 300mm aluminium cables

Requirements

• Valid ECS/JIB Card (essential)
• Previous supervisory experience within electrical installation projects
• Experience with LV terminations and similar electrical installation work
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Solar farm experience is advantageous
