Energy Jobline ZR in Exeter, Devon is seeking a Non-Working Electrical Supervisor to lead installation teams on a high-profile project. You’ll coordinate operations, drive safety and quality, and ensure the programme is met without performing installation work.

Applicants should have proven supervisory experience, SSSTS/SMSTS, a JIB/ECS Gold Card, DBS and EL1 clearance, plus strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers £300-£350 per day, 9-hour days, starting mid to end November.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are safe, efficient and on programme.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage permits, RAMS, and site documentation.
• Liaise with site management, clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues.
