Overview

Electrical Supervisor / Foreman – Orpington – Up to £60,000 + Package

We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisor (Foreman / Lead Electrician) to join our growing team in Orpington. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while still staying active on the tools, with a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus package.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 5 electricians across commercial and residential projects
• Oversee electrical installations, small works, and reactive maintenance
• Carry out spot checks and ensure company policies and safety standards are met
• Deliver toolbox talks, team briefings, and mentor apprentices
• Monitor performance, produce reports, and support ongoing training and development
• Manage CPD, vehicle checks, and subcontractor coordination

What We\'re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance site work and team management
