Electrical Supervisor (Facilities/Test & Inspect) - Permanent

£35,000 - £45,500 DOE + 42 days Holiday + Training + Progression + Excellent Pension (21%)

36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Flexi-time available

West Midlands - Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nuneaton

Are you an Electrician from a Facilities or Estates background looking to join a market leading company with state-of-the-art facilities? Do you have supervisory experience and want to work in a static role with excellent work life balance?

Role and responsibilities

• Oversee Electrical Maintenance works on the facility estate.
• Supervise a team of in-house Electrical Facility Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure Planned and Reactive works are carried out to the right standards.
• Be part of a team responsible for Test and Inspection works and the remedials that follow.
• Work is predominantly hands-off, with occasional on-the-tools requirements.
• Varied workload including domestic, commercial and industrial work.
