The Opportunity
How does working for a well-established engineering company overseeing multiple high-profile projects, with significant career growth and personal development opportunities, sound?

We offer a competitive package: £21.75 per hour, with up to 50 hours (or more if needed), which can total up to £56k annually, including door-to-door travel time. Coupled with benefits and development opportunities, this is a unique career move.
The Person
We are open to various sectors and experience levels but prefer candidates with a strong electrical supervisory background. Water or utility experience would be advantageous.
You will leverage your electrical project expertise to oversee diverse projects, managing on-site engineering teams and applying hands-on skills as needed.
The Role
You will supervise multiple projects across the West Midlands, ranging from a few thousand to several million pounds. Projects may include full design and build, maintenance, or installation, depending on client needs.
Most work involves water and utility sectors, but sector knowledge from other areas is also welcome. We are primarily interested in the right candidate.
The Company
We are a 35-year-old M&E engineering firm that designs, installs, maintains, and commissions sites. With a £40m turnover and ongoing growth, we have a proven track record of developing talent; two of our Directors started as apprentices.
