Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) based in Wisbech to lead electrical works across social housing contracts, ensuring safety, compliance and high quality delivery. You will act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, perform audits, review certifications, and support day-to-day contract management while liaising with clients, tenants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Qualified Supervisor.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• AM2 qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or planned works is desirable.
• Good understanding of compliance, certification, and electrical regulations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and contract management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, quality, and compliance across multiple workstreams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and supervisors.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role
