Salary: £47,000

Responsibilities:

About the role:

Operational

• Provide technically sound knowledge, support, and guidance to colleagues and clients
• Advise and support electrical installations during daily operations and out-of-hours service
• Build and maintain relationships with teams, clients, and consultants

Commercial

• Procure sub-contractors at competitive rates
• Knowledge of the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates
• Enhance output and commercial returns without compromising quality or safety

Health and Safety

• Ensure safety is prioritized on site
• Promote a positive health and safety culture
• Maintain zero tolerance for safety non-conformities
• Prepare RAMS, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements:

• Electrical supervision experience
