Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage all electrical installations and systems on a fast-paced commercial construction project. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical subcontractors and electricians on site.
2. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety standards and electrical codes.
4. Manage project schedules and timelines, reporting progress to site and project managers.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and installations.
6. Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout all phases of the project.
7. Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking.

Requirements:

1. Gold ECS card.
2. SSSTS / SMSTS.
3. Licensed electrician with 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
5. Proven ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
