Electrical Supervisor
To join our property compliance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical compliance and a passion for maintaining high safety standards across diverse property sites.
Role OverviewAs a
Property Compliance Officer - Electrical, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems across our property portfolio meet current regulations and compliance standards. You'll split your time between office-based duties (2-3 days per week) and on-site inspections and testing.
Essential Requirements

  • Education:
    Level 4 qualification in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Qualifications:
    • IEE 18th Edition (IET Wiring Regulations)
    • BS 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
    • P405 or NRV4 (Desirable)
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong IT skills and familiarity with certification software (training provided)
    • Excellent report writing and communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Self-motivated and able to manage workloads independently


Knowledge & Tools

  • Understanding of TCW documentation management systems (training available)
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular on-site responsibilities
