Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a temporary basis (6 Months minimum).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians carrying out void and planned maintenance works.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, providing technical support and guidance where required.
• Conduct site inspections, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to works carried out.

Minimum Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience supervising electricians and overseeing void and planned works.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Experience within social housing or similar environments.
