  3. Internal and external lighting improvements
  4. Electrical infrastructure and containment upgrades
  5. Compliance-driven rewiring works

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities in line with current regulations and site-specific requirements.
  2. Lead a team of electricians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
  3. Serve as the site lead for electrical matters, liaising directly with the Project Manager, Client representatives, and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure all electrical work meets compliance standards, producing and reviewing certifications such as EICRs and completion certificates.
  5. Maintain a safe working environment, upholding health and safety standards in a live healthcare environment.
  6. Support planning and delivery of projects by attending client meetings, contributing to progress reporting and risk management.
  7. Manage site logistics including materials procurement, tooling, and asset control.
  8. Prepare and review site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  9. Be flexible to support out-of-hours work when required by the project or client.

What we're looking for in an Electrical Supervisor:

  1. Fully qualified Approved Electrician with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, an AM2 assessment, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and a City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 - Test and Inspection.
  2. Proven experience supervising teams on live sites.
  3. Strong knowledge of BS 7671, compliance standards and certification processes.
  4. Demonstrable experience producing EICRs and identifying/reporting remedial actions.
  5. A proven track record working on electrical projects in commercial or healthcare environments.
  6. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and client engagement.
  7. The ability to work effectively in live, operational environments where health & safety is paramount.
  8. A full UK driving licence.
