Electrical Supervisor
Location: Oxford

Industry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Contracting

We are working with one of the UK's largest MEP contractors, known for delivering high-profile projects with major clients such as MACE, Structuretone, and Wates Group. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team based in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise electrical installations on large-scale projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
2. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations on-site.
3. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are resolved efficiently.
4. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of electrical teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
5. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within MEP contracting.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical installation systems and safety regulations.
3. Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems on-site.
