We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of electrical works, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance across multiple active sites.

Role Overview:

This leadership role involves supervising and supporting a team of electricians and apprentices. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, site inspections, compliance management, and client liaison, maintaining high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of electrical works on domestic properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and toolbox talks.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and performance management for field operatives and apprentices.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor budgets, material usage, and labour to support cost control and reporting.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance, including incident investigation and corrective actions.

Candidate Profile:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• Current Gold ECS/CSCS card.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing.
• SMSTS/IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Supervisory experience in housing, construction, or FM environments.
• Excellent technical knowledge, fault-finding skills, and compliance understanding.
• Full UK driving licence.
